Bring Conditional Formatting to Big Number/with Treandline

Table customization Conditional Formatting allows to display a range with an associated color.

Big Number/Big Number with Trendline could benefit from this feature since it would allow to visualize if that KPI is in the right range at a glance.

Metabase does this https://www.metabase.com/docs/latest/questions/sharing/visualizing-results#trends and it's pretty neat.

I would suggest to (optionally) do it at Value, Trend and Background level, since doing so at CSS is a pain in the ass.
