Ability to use Conditional Formatting with non-gradient colors.

1) What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
Data Engineer is trying to use Conditional Formatting with non-gradient (non-magnitude) colors.
For example, when Data Engineer set the formatter to be VALUE > 1, GREEN, then a value of 2 will have the lightest green color, while a value of 100 will have the greenest color. That is the current gradient applied to the magnitude.

2) How are they solving it currently?
This is currently not possible on Preset Cloud.

3) What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Allow the option to use a non-gradient colors for charts' Conditional Formatting to properly visualize the information they want to show to the user (values of 2-100 will have the same green color).
