Conditional number color based on time comparison results

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Users would like to easily indicate if their values are higher/lower than a previous period by conditionally setting colors (for example red for number below previous period and blue for above).

How are they solving it currently?

This is currently not possible on Preset Cloud.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Implement conditional color formatting for chart results based on time comparison results.
