Improve the Table and Pivot Table conditional formatting color options

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Users would like to further customize the color formatting configuration for tabular charts.

How are they solving it currently?

N/A - not possible.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Improve the color configuration for conditional formatting:

  • Specify the bounds for color ranges (min/center/max) either manually (fixed value) or % of total.

  • Support custom color palettes.

Increase the conditional formatting color option for tables

Currently if you're changing the conditional formatting for a table, the user is currently limit to just red, yellow and green. Expand this option to include custom colors ex RGB

Heat mapping for table chart

Users are looking for the ability to apply heat mapping to visualizations, which should assign colors to show inline and outlier data. This feature is currently unavailable and conditional formatting doesn't achieve the desired results.
