What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
The goal is to make it easier to visually highlight key thresholds, benchmarks, or acceptable ranges within a dataset. Currently, without a reference line or shaded background, users cannot easily emphasize critical values in a line chart.
How are they solving it currently?
The current workaround is using Mixed Chart type, with 1 query showing the actual data and 1 having a constant value, which is not ideal and limited (only 1 can be added).
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
A horizontal line or a highlighted background in the line chart where it can be customised to a constant value, with an additional tooltip showing how much the actual value is compared to the constant line (threshold).
