What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
The user needs to grant access to a group of users, but the current option to add them to a role is not comfortable because they need to add a user one by one
How are they solving it currently?
Just adding a user to a role one by one or using the API endpoint
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Create a way to add users in bulk (CSV or any other method) using the Preset Interface
