Chart Permissions

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Preset user wants to have the ability to add charts created in their workspace by others to dashboards.

How are they solving it currently?

Force saving/updating owners for charts.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Proposed solution would include creating a public/private option for charts that would circumvent the need to add owners to a chart and still allow anyone with that role based access to have those charts at their disposal to add to a dashboard.
