Ability to add a user to a Data Access Role before they access the Workspace

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When a customer invites an end-user that will have limited access on the Workspace, they need to wait the user to access it at least once, so that the user becomes available on the Data Access Role management. This impacts the ability to set a proper onboarding experience right from the invitation.

How are they solving it currently?

There isn't a workaround for this behavior. Admins need to wait the user to access the Workspace at least once before adding them to a Data Access Role.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide the ability to add invited users to the Data Access Roles before they access the Workspace.
