Ability to color rows in a table chart

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Users would like to apply flag/color rows on table charts, to highlight particular rows.

How are they solving it currently?

Color is only applicable via conditional formatting, not manually per row.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide the ability to set a color for particular rows on table charts.
