What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
When a Team Admin invites a user to the team, and they accept it, it will add the user to the team automatically and incur the charge to the Card immediately without any indication. This is not ideal, as there is no warning about the charge made to the card.
How are they solving it currently?
A Team Admin can remove the user from the team, a pro-rated Credit Balance will be added to the team. Contact the Preset Support team for further action.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Create a warning message or any indicator when adding/inviting a new user to the team for the Professional Tier customers.
