What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
Team Admins would like to manage the user visibility at the time the invite is send - before it is accepted. This is important to make sure that the user would be able to access the application, but only the resources they should have access to.
How are they solving it currently?
Team Admins can define the Default Workspace Role to No Access, so that when the user accepts the invitation they won't be able to access anything they shouldn't. However, this requires the admin to manage the permissions after the user accepts the invitation.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Allow Team Admins to specify the Workspace Roles for the invited user by the time the invitation is created. This way the user is already properly configured and don't require further steps after the invitation is accepted.
