Conditional Format More Chart Types (Bar, Line, Scatter)

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

1. It's easier to see a dimension that's color coded than to see it plotted. It would be nice to have a bar chart and use another dimension or metric to color code the bars instead of having to plot the metric on another Y axis

This is currently doable in PowerBI
