Scatter plot charts, mixed charts, bar charts, among others - x-axis number formatting - Let you format metrics different than date for this axis

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When the user drags and drops numeric metrics in the x-axis of a scatter plot, mixed chart, bar chart, among others, if the user tries to use the x-axis number formatting, it doesn't work if the metric used in the x-axis is different than a date. But checking that section, the X axis adaptive formatting section says "Time Format". The user wants to use this feature with numeric columns as well.

Implement the option to use the x-axis number formatting option for metrics different than a date type (eg. number)
