Provide access to application logs for MPC customers

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

MPC customers would like to get advanced insights about their application and the ability to troubleshoot issues more independently.

How are they solving it currently?

This is currently not possible -- The Preset Support team has to be egnaged.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide access to application logs to MPC customers.
