Populate the Usage Metrics for MPC customers

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Enterprise customers have access to the Preset Usage Metrics. However, they lose this feature when they move to an MPC environment.

How are they solving it currently?

Query the Usage Metrics using API calls, or use the Audit Log.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Enable Usage Metrics data gathering even when on MPC.
