Provide the ability to specify the maintenance window to perform releases/deployments.

      We often have meeting outside normal business hours and in one case we were trying to look at a dashboard during a meeting and suddenly couldn't access our workspace due to maintenance. Would definitely be helpful to have predictable maintenance windows.
