Customize Time Shift label on Mixed Chart

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Users would like to be able to customize the label created for the Time Shift setting on Charts.

How are they solving it currently?

This is currently not possible.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide the ability to customize the Time Shift label on Charts.
