Configure date and number format for CSV/Excel download

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Currently, when a chart is exported as either CSV or Excel, raw data is displayed - number and date formatting applied in the chart isn't preserved. Also, a dot . is automatically used as the decimal separator.

How are they solving it currently?

Users need to change their local setting on the external application, or apply modifications on the CSV file before importing it.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide the ability for customers to choose if the number and date formatting for the chart should also be applied to the downloaded results. Also allow users to configure if the decimal separator should be a . or a ,.
