Global Date Format Configuration

What problem or goal is the end user trying to solve or accomplish?

When creating a chart, the default Date Format will be %Y/%m/%d. If the user wants to use a different date format, it must be configured on each chart separately.

How are they solving it currently?

Change the Date Format individually on each chart.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Enable global Date Format configuration.
