CSV download preserve formatting applied on chart Merged

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

CSV export does not apply the same formatting as applied to the chart. For example, with data 0.0000234240030030, using ,d formatting will display this as 0 but when download as CSV it will appear as 2.34E-05

How are they solving it currently?

Edit the dataset and do rounding for the column
