Cache values so that they will not be reloaded each time a new dashboard is opened
The additional problem we want to solve is the time it takes the filters to populate each time the dashboard is opened (in our case takes 20-30 sec). And the majority of the values are very slowly changing (examples: Country / users group type / etc.)
