Additions to the Preset API

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

The API is missing information that some users that should be included.

• Workspace User ID

Why is this relevant?

Owner of an asset will default to the user who is making the API request. However, the person making the API request would like to reassign the owner back to the original owner, but the reassignment API requires the Workspace user ID
