Ability to update the email address

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

As a consequence of a company re-brand, acquisition, etc, users might have their email address changed. However, it's not possible to perform this change to a Preset account.

How are they solving it currently?

Users need to create a new account or engage Support to check for possible workarounds.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide a self-served way to update the email address of a Preset account.
