Cache control for a specific chart

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

1. Currently cache timeouts can be configured at the dataset or schema level, but not the chart level. It's not always clear how many charts are linked to a dataset, so it would be more ideal to configure the cache per chart

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

1. Be able to set the cache timeout at a chart level
