Create the ability to have multiple filter rows and columns

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When a dashboard has a lot of filters:

1. On the Vertical Panel, users need to scroll down to see the rest of the available filters.

2. On the Horizontal Panel, users need to click on the More filters button to see the rest of the available filters.

This creates more clicks needed for users to see the list of filters.

How are they solving it currently?

Either scroll down or click the More filters button to see the whole list.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Create the ability to have multiple filter rows and columns.
