Multi-level hierarchical filter

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When configuring filters for dashboards, it is possible to create hierarchical filters, so that changes applied to the Parent filter would restrict the options available for the Child filter. However, it is not possible to work with three or more hierarchical filters - changes applied to the First filter limit the Second, and changes applied to the Second limit the Third, but changes applied to the First don't limit the Third.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Implement the ability to create multi-level Filters.
