Automatically apply the date range or any filters selections are applied

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Better user experience.
Currently after changing the filters and click apply the dashboards don't get the filters applied.
Reason is user is expected to click another apply button on the top right hand panel.
Or at least give the option to use the second apply filter as per users UI/UX preferences.
How are they solving it currently?

Remove the second Apply filter or at least give the option to use the second Apply filter as per users UI/UX preferences.
