keep Id of recipients unchanged after alert modification

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When you use the api endpoint "GET Get all Alerts from a Workspace" you will realize the recipients id changes after you modify the alert (like changing its description)

How are they solving it currently?

There is no work around

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Keep the recipient id unchanged
