Alert Failure Notification to Distribution List

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Currently, when an alert fails to trigger correctly in Preset, there is no way to notify a group of users via a distribution list. Users only receive alert notifications when they are set as recipients of a successfully triggered alert. The customer wants to ensure that alert failures are communicated to a broader team for quick resolution.

How are they solving it currently?

The users assigned to the alert doesn't receive any notification is the alert is not triggered successfully, just the creator of the alert.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

The customer suggests implementing a feature that allows alert failure notifications to be sent to a distribution list email address when the alert fails. This would enable teams to receive immediate notifications when an alert fails, improving response time and ensuring critical alerts do not go unnoticed.
