Clear All button in the Dashboard Filter does not clear the Cross-Filter value

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When a user clicks the Clear All button, the cross-filter value remains.

How are they solving it currently?

Manually remove the cross-filter value.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

When clicking the Clear All button, the cross-filter value also cleared.
