Add Dashboard Refresh API endpoint

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Currently, you can use the API to refresh chart data but not dashboard data.

How are they solving it currently?

Manually refresh the dashboard cache or set the fixed refresh interval from dashboard metadata.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

To have an API endpoint to refresh dashboard data.
