What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
The customer wants to make it easier and more intuitive for users to refresh all charts on a dashboard without needing to interact with the small refresh icon in individual chart panels or rely on hidden refresh option in the dashboard panel.
How are they solving it currently?
Currently, users must manually refresh each chart individually or reload the entire dashboard page. This creates friction and leads to inconsistent user behavior, especially for less technical users.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
The customer is requesting a more prominent “Refresh” button located at the top of the dashboard (next to existing controls) that, when clicked, triggers a force-refresh of all charts on the dashboard.
