Allow Admins to pin tags for their users

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Admins would like to pin tags to their users, so they can have a configured Workspace Home when they start using Preset.

How are they solving it currently?

They have to share links with the users for content search using the tags.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide the ability to pin tags for their end users, to personalize their homepage.
