Upgrade PinotDB Library version in Preset Cloud

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Users would like to use new functionalities added to the v0.5.0 of the PinotDB Python Library.

How are they solving it currently?

These features are not available in Preset Cloud.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Upgrade the PinotDB Python Library used to include additional features.
