Implement support for DuckDB

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Users would like to use DuckDB to query S3 files or even upload a .db file to Preset.

How are they solving it currently?

Users can use Shillelagh to query S3 files, but it's not possible to upload a .db file.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Implement support for DuckDB.
