Implement AI capabilities to help users get answers and increase adoption

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Increasing Preset adoption on an Organization is directly related with user training and onboarding. Having multiple visualization types is good but also a bigger learning curve due to specific details from each, and there's also the SQL knowledge.

How are they solving it currently?

Users need to refer to documentation and training to increase Preset knowledge and get the answers they need.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Implement AI and use it to answer no-SQL questions from users. For example, user would ask "What is the current ARR?" and Preset would return the answer for it.
