AI Assist: Allow multiple schemas as inputs when generating queries

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Currently, when generating queries in AI Assist, users have to select a single schema within a database. Users have questions that will need data across multiple schemas or will not know which schema their data is in and want to select multiple when asking a question.
