DAR Unavailable Until Workspace Accessed Merged

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When a user is added to a workspace and DAR is being attempted, the user does not appear until they have accessed the workspace once. This causes confusion and delays.

How are they solving it currently?

Waiting until the user logs in.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

DAR to be linked to actual workspace roles so as someone is added to a team/workspace they can be provisioned with DAR immediately.
