Secondary Y-Axis Customization

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When a chart uses a secondary axis, formatting the bounds of that axis is limited to the adaptive formatting. Bounds/format buckets are not available. Customer would like the ability to adjust the bounds as needed.

How are they solving it currently?

Adjusting to the existing framework.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Ability to have bounds and additional formatting for the secondary Y-axis.
