Option to remove/prevent access to an asset

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Users can share limited access assets (for example dashboard) by sharing the link to a Draft dashboard. However, currently, there is no way to prevent future access once a user has accessed it.

How are they solving it currently?

'Save As' the asset into a new one so the old link is not accessible anymore.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Create an option to limit access to assets. For example:

• Private

• Unlisted

• Public
