Include both PDF and PNG in Alerts and Reports

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Customers would like to include both a screenshot and a PDF to the alert/report content.

How are they solving it currently?

Users have to implement duplicated reports.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Support sending multiple attachment types to the same report.
