Set up a Report that maintains link url

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Currently if you have a table chart with a calculated column to display a hyperlink, and you set up a chart report in the CSV format you would expect that the resulting report would also format the column as link, however it displays the html instead

How are they solving it currently?

Ignore the html and click on the link, doesn't look clean for end users

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Enable a method to maintain the hyperlink formatting
