What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
By default the Drill to Detail operation returns a table with all dataset columns. This is not intuitive for datasets with a large amount of columns, or when you have calculated columns with specific syntaxes that aren't compatible with the D2D query.
How are they solving it currently?
Users can create a virtual dataset with less columns to limit the information returned by the D2D.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Provide the ability to configure both on the dataset level and on the chart level the columns that should be returned in a D2D interaction.
