Absolute Number for Big Number with Trendline's Comparison Period Lag

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Sometimes percentages information on the Comparison Period Lag label is not very helpful. If a user can see the exact number difference between the two values, it will be more helpful.
