Absolute Change for Time Shift Comparison Calculation Type

User is looking to have an Absolute Change graph plotted which is similar to Percentage Change but disregard the direction, meaning the value will show absolute value.

How are they solving it currently?

Create a dataset on to calculate this manually and loses the flexibility of BI tools to render at the ease of a click
