Renaming chart on dashboard to prompt if user what to rename the actual chart name as well

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Renaming a chart on the dashboard only overwrites the name on that dashboard with its name being kept as is. User is looking to have the option for the rename to also rename the actual chart name

How are they solving it currently?

User has to open the chart and rename them directly

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

When renaming on dashboard, prompt if this is only applied to the dashboard or to the chart as well
