Customize/Remove the Report "View dashboard in Superset" link

Currently when scheduling a report, the body of the emailed / slacked report will contain a link back to the Preset interface where that dashboard lives.

The suggested change is to allow users to remove this link and/or to customize the link to point to their embedded dashboard. This will help external users to see the data from the correct interface.
