Error notification when a chart/dashboard is broken

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

User wants to easily know which chart has error so that they can fix them. One example is, user change their dataset and that breaks all the charts using the dataset

How are they solving it currently?

Filter chart by the dataset for error caused by dataset modification. But for others, no workaround as they will only know the error once they open the chart

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
