Comment Enablement on Charts and Dashboards

1) What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

The end user would like the ability to comment on specific charts/dashboards including tagging people in comment and sending notifications. This will enable ease of communication and following up on specific charts and dashboards rather than sending emails/screen shots/reports/alerts to communicate.

2) How are they solving it currently?

Not possible currently.

3) What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Commenting ability with @ functionality at the chart and dashboard.
