Pie Chart labels cut off Merged

The labels of pie charts get cut off when the viz is resized to fit the dashboard layout. The viz should either resize to show the labels or allow the end user to move the labels around so that the dashboard viewers can read the information without having to hover over each column. The labels are also cut off of a downloaded image.

Currently they have to increase the size of the viz for it to show the labels, which isn't visually appealing.
